Does the platform handle DGERT compliance?
Yes. DGERT requirements — Portugal's accreditation for training providers — are built into the workflow: the 5 GDPR consents required of training centers, the technical-pedagogical dossier, ID document validity, and the financial validations that link receipts and invoices to enrolments for the certification reports.
Does the system generate the technical-pedagogical dossier documents?
Yes. It prints the required documents directly — enrolment form, payment plan, interview script, insurance sheet and health responsibility declaration.
Are invoicing and collections automated?
Invoicing uses Multibanco references generated through EuPago, with automatic payment confirmation and reconciliation. It integrates with PHC, Moloni and InvoiceXpress. When a payment fails, a collections case opens that escalates step by step and can block access to training.
Does it work with multiple sites and cohorts at once?
Yes. It was designed for multi-site operation: each trainee is placed automatically in the right recruiting cohort (course, site, format, schedule), within the available seats, and every cohort follows the cycle Recruiting → Confirmations → Started → Completed.
Is this a new product or is it in production?
It is in production with real training centers on a nationwide scale, with tens of thousands of leads, transactions and collections cases processed. It is powered by the WebTop CRM core.
